ARP and Anthony Moore, reuniting for Frkwys Vol.3

ARP aka Alexis Georgopoulos (ex. Tussle) and Anthony Moore (Slapp Happy, Henry Cow) will be uniting again for a special performance to celebrate their new collaborative FRKWYS (pronounced Freakways) series #3 release on Rvng Intl. @ Le Poisson Rouge, April 7, 2010.

Previous the Frkwys (a play on the name of the legendary Folkways record label founded by Moses Asch in the late 40s to document sound and movement in music from around the world, FRKWYS (think Freakways) 12" series pairs contemporary artists and their progenitors by way of remix, reinterpretation, and original collaboration.  collaboration series) first release, perversely titled Vol.2, featured remixes of Brooklyn industrial pop oddballs Excepter by underground legends J.G. Thirlwell (Foetus), Jack Dangers (Meat Beat Manifesto) and Chris & Cosey (of Throbbing Gristle).
