Directed by Brooklyn-based video artist Amy Ruhl, her new animated short “How Mata Hari Lost Her Head and Found Her Body” features songs written by Julian Lynch. "Music for How Mata Hari Lost Her Head and Found Her Body" (7"/MP3) is available from Soft Abuse on October 4th, or it can be purchased from Julian's bandcamp.

Both songs are taken from the forthcoming full-length "They Sweetheartstammers" by Pigeons from Bronx, NY, due out on November 8th via Soft Abuse. Pigeons (Wednesday Knudsen and Clark Griffin) have expanded to a four-piece for performances, anchored by Jason Meagher (of No Neck Blues Band) on bass and Nathan Bowles (of the Black Twig Pickers, Pelt) on drums.
