A London's composer and multi-instrumentalist playing Musical Saw, Kev Hopper is primarily known as the bass guitarist with the 1980s band Stump, then he's also well known for his collaborative works with Stereolab and The High Llamas, Derek Bailey and Charles Hayward. "The Germjoin" is the newest solo album by Kev Hopper under his own name since 2002's "Saurus" album, and since 2005's "I Saw Spoombung’s Daughter Consumed By Kirby DOTS" album under his 'Spoombung' alias. "The Germjoin" is due out on January 25th via Afterhours Records, Japan, US/UK release date: TBA.
