Purling Hiss is known as the one-man project of Philadelphia's Birds of Maya guitarist Mike Polizze.  'Don’t Even Try It' is taken from its upcoming full length "Public Service Announcement," due out on October 26th via Woodsist, it happened by Polizze’s friend Kurt Vile who passed some Purling Hiss recordings to Jeremy Earl (of Woodsist). And also another new, more hi-energy psychedelic LP "Hissteria" is available now on former Clockcleaner drummer Richie Charles Jr's own label Richie Records.  'Almost Washed My Hair' is taken from 2009 self titled LP on Permanent Records (sold out) and CD is available on Archive Recordings.
