Sic Alps (from San Francisco, consisting of Matthew Hartman formerly of Henry's Dress, Mike Donovan and Noel Von Harmonson formerly of Comets On Fire) are back with their new full length "Napa Asylum" which is due out on January 25th 2011 via Drag City.  Mike Donovan is also known for directing Quasi's 'Repulsion' video.
